We bought the 2015 Seadoo Spark 3up, our experiance with the entire RideNow team was nothing short of amazing, it was our first time buying a jetski so we had a dew questions, everything was answered. We did not feel pressured during at all during the entire process and we felt like everything was on our terms. when we picked up our Spark there was a small tear on the seat, but it was already handeled and had already ordered a new seat for us. The sales team was great-- Tom Real, Bear Edwards and Mustache Mike form parts! My wife and I were able to look at the Cam Am 4 seater Mavericks and ask questions. The sales team gave us a demo ride to show the quality of the product. They knew that we were interested and did not press for a sale. This impressed the wife and myself and we were able to look at the purchase in a more realistic light. We were able to talk to the sales team and put together the accessories for the Maverick and make the purchase within a week. The sales team was courteous and let us know items that would make ownership more enjoyable and kept us informed every step of the way in the sales process. Service put together all the accessories on the Maverick that made it turn out to be a head turner. We liked the friendly neighbor approach from the sales team that made our purchase enjoyable. This is our 1st UTV and have to say I spent endless hours trying to find one that we wanted. Mostly on the internet of course. We usually like to use smaller Mom & Pop type businesses but the few that we found and would go to because of what they showed online we'd get there and find it was nothing like what we thought. So on my husband's birthday decided to stop into the Chandler store to see what they had but was only going to look as the one I wanted was in AJ. When I walked in I was greeted by a young man. His name was Joe. He took me everywhere to show me what they had. In the back was the one I had seen online. So that was it we went in to see abt getting it. It took time and I had to a call my husband to come up as well. Throughout the entire time Joe was so patient. Even listen to all my stories as we waited. During the process we also had one of the floor managers Scott speak with us. At 1st I was a little apprehensive but wasn't long that I was very comfortable with him. Between the two of them we ended up having a very pleasant experience. I will be recommending this store and these 2 gentlemen to my friends and family. Thank you Joe and Scott!!!!!

We decided to buy a UTV and we dealt with Rich Dirmantas and Tommy Anderson during our selection, application and APPROVAL! They were very knowledgeable about the Polaris Ranger we chose and very efficient with their follow-up through the whole process. We had some credit issues that we thought would prevent us from qualifying but they made it happen! Once they notified us of our approval, we came down and met them personally and they were just as professional and friendly as they were over the phone. Then we met Chris Rottinger to sign docs and he gave us great information on the loan and made the terms very clear to the point we had no questions! Last, but not least, we met with Jim Sage who went over the machine from top to bottom which we will high five him once we get rockin and rollin in the dirt! i had a good feeling right off the bat when i wasn't hawked as i drove in . i was looking for a used moto and they had the best selection . Greg worked with me and was patient and helpful . i told him i wanted to go look @ a couple of other bikes . i came back to the first one i looked @ earlier and gave him an offer. Greg went to bat for me . then Bear , who was also excellent to work w/ also went to bat for me ! for the amount of money i could afford these guys made it happen ! guess what folks , there is still superb customer service out there @ RIDE NOW IN CHANDLER ! probably the best & most professional dealership experience i have ever had!!

I recently purchased a 2013 Yamaha R230 from RideNow Powersports in Chandler. I was immediately greeted as I walked near the building. I informed them I was needing apparel, and they instructed me exactly where to go. While searching for apparel, a gentleman named "Bear" Roberts came by and asked if I needed any assistance. He was very knowledgeable and aided me in finding exactly what I was looking for. in addition to purchasing clothing, I took the opportunity to bounce a few questions off him while I was there. I asked him about motorcycles, dirt bikes primarily, and have always thought of picking one up to go riding with the kids. Having absolutely no experience with dirt riding, Bear was a great help.
After a day passed I decided to call Bear to see whether or not he was in and was able to show me a motorcycle. He very professional on the phone and invited me right back in at my earliest convenience. He had the bike I was interested in pulled inside under direct light and was accompanied by Mason Feaker another professional at RideNow. Both of them explained then benefits of this particular bike and answered any questions I had. After consideration I decided to buy the bike. The purchase process was painless, prompt, and very professional.

me and my wife came in just to look around at the side by sides and was greated at the door by Erick he was polite enough to give us our space once we located a used t-rex he came over and helped us he brought over his manager Bear we sat down to negotiate a deal we could not come to terms but however after they learned of my terms and what exactly we were looking for. Bear said give them some time and they will find something that would meet our guide lines in about 4 days they located us a t-rex and yes they were right we came to terms and everything Bear and Erick promised they delivered we were treated very well Erick and Bear made me and my wifes buying experience very enjoyable. Erick and Bear you guys were great thanks.

I recently bought a used Polaris Ranger today from the Chandler Ridenow. I was extremely happy with the sales department. The floor manager Scott Wagner was amazing and worked alot of deals for me. I was very crunched on time and had to leave, yet they still delivered it to my home for me. It was a great experience and the whole sales team was very nice and helpful.

In search of a new Polaris Ranger Crew 800, I contacted several dealers around the state of Arizona. During my first visit to RideNow Chandler, Az, the showroom was full of sales people, none of whom asked if I needed any assistance. After about 10 minutes, I approached one person but he was hesitant to show me any vehicles because they were outdoors and it was 100 degrees. So I left. I visited another dealer outside Phoenix and negotiated a great price. I called a good buddy who purchased the same UTV a year earlier from RideNow Chandler to get his opinion, and he insisted I visit RideNow again as he went through the same disappointing process I had. So, out of loyalty to my friend, I revisited the Chandler showroom. I was greeted by Luis, a young man who actually met me outside before I could enter. (It was another hot day), but he didn't hesitate to meet and visit with me in the heat. I explained that I had received a GREAT Out-The-Door price from another business and showed him. We then met with the manager and within minutes we made the deal. The Chandler showroom had received the new Ranger Crew just the day before so it had not been completely assembled yet. They offered to have it completed by the time I had visited the Accessories Department and the Finance Department. Sure enough. I must say, Luis set the tone for my second visit and everyone up and down the chain was extremely professional. Even though offered to me, I wasn't once pressured into buying any extras. Had I been pushed, I would have purchased accessories elsewhere. I did purchase the 4-year extended warranty and additional lights. The overall experience was awesome. I've yet to use its Service or Parts Departments as I haven't put enough hours on the machine. Once I've dealt with Service or Parts, I'll give another honest testimonial - good or bad. Thanks Luis!

Scott Wagner from Sales did a great job helping get my new bike and Billy Bowler also was a great help the entire staff helped and made the process a great experience. If any one is considering buying an Atv or dirtbike i highly reccomend ride now chandler.

It's not often in these days of cost-cutting when service is so exceptional it requires some feedback. Back in late April, I brought down my boat for service due to a mechanical problem with the port engine. Having replaced the starboard engine about a year prior (using your service department), I the mechanical sound was too familiar. Upon arrival, I spoke with your service representative Drew Hanson explaining the problem and past experiences with the boat and the RideNow service department. I arrived without an appointment and due to my previous purchase history and expected future purchases, I had the expectation to be placed at a priority. Most importantly, I explicitly explained to Drew that he had a deadline to me for the completion of the project (suspecting a new engine was needed). Drew's deadline was a little over a month from delivery. Drew did not place my project into the cue of others 'in-line'... or at least I surely didn't feel that way. Drew provided me with the up-most in confidence that the boat will be ready to roll on or before the deadline. It was very important it was completed for an annual trip. As the weeks went by and my concerns with the completion began to increase, Drew was excellent in keeping me informed on the progress of the repair. It ultimately was determined that the boat will need another new engine...a large scale project. Less than two weeks from the deadline I was informed that the block and carburetor were no longer available from the factory. Instead of getting this news and having the shop expect me to source the parts, Drew simply informed me that he conducted a nationwide search for the parts and has sourced them from two different locations out of state. He again provided peace of mind that the project will be completed on-time. The time came close and less than a week to the deadline I was informed by Drew that one of the dealers shipping a part had actually forgot to send the part so it was going to be right down to the wire for completion. The part was shipped priority and Drew remained confident. Sure enough, at about 1:00pm on the deadline day, I received a call from Drew that my boat was tested, ready to go! I picked up the boat the next morning, lake tested it thereafter and drove to California with the boat that day. The entire weekend, and since, the boat has run great (aside from a throttle adjustment I still need to come in to take care of). As I'm sure Drew could agree that I was highly concerned about the deadline not taken seriously or my service representative not 'owning' my project. I am happy to say that I write this letter to commend Drew on his personal attention to ensuring my project and deadline was completed fully and on-time. Even with the several setbacks, I was never to worry about the completion... Drew provided exceptional service and peace of mind. This letter could not go without mention of the mechanic, Steve, that completed both engine swaps on my boat. Both engine swaps, I had the opportunity to speak with Steve directly regarding the problems, causes, remedies and break-in periods. Steve was highly informative and I much appreciated the opportunity to speak with the mechanic directly. With my career in a highly service-driven industry, I understand and expect a higher level of service from most organisations... specifically one's where I spend thousands. With poor service experiences at other dealers in my history, I remained hopeful in the performance of Drew when I dropped off the boat. My wishes were granted with much appreciation and I'm looking forward to my next service experience with Drew and RideNow Chandler... though we all hope they are few and far between. I brought my 2004 Roadstar in because it had failed an inspection. Jim was my service advisor and he told me that they could get it in and gave me what he figured it would cost. The figure sounded pretty reasonable to me so I brought it in and he told me that it would be about four days before they would get it in but if they had an opening they would get it in sooner. Two days later (in the morning) I got a call saying it was ready to go and right on budget. I picked it up and not only did they fix the emissions issue but they fixed an issue with the intake valve that I was not even aware of for no extra cost. Since then, not only did I pass the emissions test by a huge margin but my bike runs better too. Thanks guys!
